On March 8th I started a workout and diet plan that’s meant to help you shed your last 10-20 pounds. It is supposed to help you get out of a plateau and really tone and sculpt your body. I’ve been calling it “getting rid of the vanity pounds”. For each of the 30 days there is a workout (with some break days) and a full 30 day menu complete with 3 meals and 1 snack per day including recipes.
One of the great things about this plan has been trying new recipes almost every night. The food is made with really simple ingredients and so far, they’ve all been delicious. Keeping a record of the food in photos has been a great motivator. I get to combine two of my favourite things: FOOD and PHOTOGRAPHY.
Tuesday night the light streaming into the kitchen was so great at dinner time (thank you Daylight Savings Time). I love this shot. It’s making me hungry.
